Phone Login

Hi,

Having to log in with 2FA on the phone every time I want to send s receipt is very painful...

Is there any way around this?

Can I stay logged in on the phone?

We have released a new update for the MYOB Assist app. We've introduced a toggle option to automatically reopen the last file you worked on, so you don't have to search for it each time. You'll need to update to the latest version to give it a go. Let us know if you have any further feedback about the login experience.

Hi Simon_M,

Totally get where you're coming from. Having to punch in 2FA every time can be a bit of a pain in the neck. At the moment the app does ask you to log in each time, but to make life a bit easier you can switch on biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID) so you can hop in quicker without mucking around with codes.

Completely agree on the Android app. They still don't have a biometric login system on the app

That’s a shame since I have to also do a pin to get into the phone. Not sure apple really needs my fingerprint.

That does not work - I have the latest version and yet it still requests 2FA....

2FA is required each time upon logging into the app. You have the option to setup biometric login, head to More > App settings > Enable biometrics and that will allow for a faster login experience.
