Hi tbaalham - really appreciate that you have checked the frequency details first.
**Edited response**
If you have transactions from the 15th this would align with the data frequency for ANZ
Tues to Sat are the delivery days, and these are always for the previous days transactions.
So the bank feeds on Saturday 16th, were the transactions from Friday 15th.
Then todays bankfeeds on Tuesday, will cover the Sat/Sun/Mon transactions.
There is no notification about delays for ANZ today yet, so I would expect this all to update soon for you
Hello "Mike"-apart from all the standard excuses, why the hell are the bank feeds such a problem to get immediately?-we did not ask for this-it is compulsory, so should be very basic and simple by now-as a micro business, the continued increase in cost & issues at the same time are very frustrating-please don't "apologise"-does not help at all.
Really disappointed in the continued issues.

Hi DamoCoz,
The TL:DR is that each bank is required to send a massive file of transactions for all of there customers who have bank feeds enabled with MYOB.
This file then needs to be processed and the transaction data triaged and sent through to customers files.
There have been 1 or 2 rare instances where delays have occured because of MYOB systems, in most cases, the banks do not send their data through to us which causes delays.
The good news is that open banking is coming this year, you can connect your bank account for real time updates once this is available.

DamoCoz I couldnt agree more. Empty promises, well meaning but ultimately useless support line and no action! Endless apologies and increases in fees. What are we paying for?
