I still have no feeds since 06/02/2026 surely there has got to be something we can do to fix this?
Hi Redzilla294 , absolutely there is, if you're having trouble with your feeds, and there are no known delays then you will need to lodge a case with our support team to have your individual situation investigated.

Thank you for your response Mike, I did lodge a case with your support team on 13/01/2026 to which I have had no response. This shows how long this has been a problem and that nothing has been done about it. Can you understand why this may be frustrating?
Hi again Redzilla294 , thats definitely a frustrating situation, our cases should be responded to in 3-5 business days so it seems that something has gone wrong here.
