ATO BAS AGent nomination

Question

Hi&nbsp;Pulling my hair out, hope someone can help.Trying to add Agent Nomination onto the BAS Portal but there is no drop down facility under Profile to add the new Tax Agent..Tried calling the ATO idiots there just dont even bother talking to you and hang up.Accountant unable to help as they dont know either...any suggestions on how to fix please.Helpnarelle
