ATO AGENT NOMINATION

Hi 

Pulling my hair out, hope someone can help.

Trying to add Agent Nomination onto the BAS Portal but there is no drop down facility under Profile to add the new Tax Agent..

Tried calling the ATO idiots there just dont even bother talking to you and hang up.

Accountant unable to help as they dont know either...

any suggestions on how to fix please.

    Hi Daisy,
     

    I understand you're trying to add an Agent Nomination to the BAS, which can be a bit tricky. To do this, click the settings (cog) icon in the top right corner of the menu bar to access the Client Settings page. In the BAS Agent Details section, click "Edit Details," select the agent from the drop-down menu, and then click "Save." For additional information, you can refer to this help page.

      Hi Daisy,

      My apologies for the late response. Currently, to add an Agent Nomination to BAS, users typically need to log in with a new user ID. If the user is old, please create a new user ID or change the email address.

    Hi Earl,

    Can you take a picture of further tell me where you are getting the settings from?

    I dont know where your telling me to go?  Where on the BAS page?
