Connecting to ATO

Hi for the last couple of days I haven't been able to get Myob to connect with the ATO in order that I can lodge the May PAYGWI. Has anyone else had this problem? It's due on Monday 22nd

    I suggest you take a screenshot in case the ATO charge you penalties.  This is day four in trying.  Good luck everyone. PS - I am just a small business user.

    Can you confirm that the ATO is aware of this and we won't be charge penalties for late lodgement?  It is a waste of our time as well if we have to do so.  I have been trying to lodge since Thursday 18th.  Thanks, Tess

  • Same here. No communication from MYOB. On chat help for 2 hours Friday speaking to no one. Had to run my shop. Phone was on hold for 40min. Small business cannot do this. Now I will ring the ATO which will tell me its a MYOB problem.

    Yep, same problem. My monthly BAS is due today, I have been trying since Friday and thought it would be resolved by now (Monday morning). As per usual MYOB are defening in their silence. They send me pointless notifications but nothing to let us know about this major failure. Aparently it is an ATO problem, but some communication would be good.
