URGENT HELP WITH AGENT NOMINATION
Hi
Pulling my hair out, hope someone can help.
Trying to add Agent Nomination onto the BAS Portal but there is no drop down facility under Profile to add the new Tax Agent..
Tried calling the ATO idiots there just dont even bother talking to you and hang up.
Accountant unable to help as they dont know either...
any suggestions on how to fix please.
I had received a post from someone but they did not give me enough information and I have asked 4 times for them to repost with more explanation but has not done so far.
If anyone knows can you please explain this more clearly... My agent nomination does not appear in the Profile drop down on the BAS agent portal.
