URGENT - Pay Super SMS Failing on both Essentials and AccountRight Plus

how are we suppose to comply and trust you to send our super to the right place when you cant even get sms text messages out.

payday super setup on both accounts and wanted to test sms of authorised persons and nothing its said sms code sent to mobile number neither mobiles on accounts received a text code.

  • Yep, same issue for me, SMS for PaySuper not being received. Been trying for an hour. 

     

    Please fix urgently.

    its very frustrating.  The worse thing about it is there is no one to talk to.  Wait time if you ring is over 2 hrs and if you hang on which i have tried still not answer after 2 hrs and chat is even worse.  Email replies say could be up to 28 days to reply...great job.   Just to let you know we just suddenly got sms replies only 30 minutes late and they worked..

  • I am having the same issue. Calling MYOB means waiting for at least 1 hour. Any solutions on how to fix this please....

    Hi FusionElec,

     

    Thanks for checking in, and sorry for the slow reply. Were you able to get your authorisation code? If not, you can try updating your mobile number in the Pay Super settings. If the number starts with 0, change it to +61. If it starts with +61, you can change it back to 0 and make sure to save changes. Please note that only the Pay Super administrator can update this setting.

    HI,

     

    This did not work. I am the Pay Super administrator. When I needed to verify my phone number I never got the sms. Is there another way to fix this. I tried calling today it was a 130minute wait time.

    I spoke to someone on the phone today, they were not able to resolve it. We changed my mobile and MYOB staff verified it but I never received any sms. The issue hasn't been resolved yet.

    I have done my first payday super today and all went through.  Wrong phone but at least it was my husbands.  But one all done I was able to log in and change phone numbers to my preferred number and it was all verified today.  Have you done your first payday super run yet?  It seems once things are working we can go in the update anything we need to update or change.

    Yes Ive been doing payday super run for months with MYOB with no issues. For some reason the last 4 weeks since start of June hasn't been working. Just cant get sms verification code.
