I am having the same issue. Calling MYOB means waiting for at least 1 hour. Any solutions on how to fix this please....

Thanks for checking in, and sorry for the slow reply. Were you able to get your authorisation code? If not, you can try updating your mobile number in the Pay Super settings. If the number starts with 0, change it to +61. If it starts with +61, you can change it back to 0 and make sure to save changes. Please note that only the Pay Super administrator can update this setting.

HI,
This did not work. I am the Pay Super administrator. When I needed to verify my phone number I never got the sms. Is there another way to fix this. I tried calling today it was a 130minute wait time.

I spoke to someone on the phone today, they were not able to resolve it. We changed my mobile and MYOB staff verified it but I never received any sms. The issue hasn't been resolved yet.

I have done my first payday super today and all went through. Wrong phone but at least it was my husbands. But one all done I was able to log in and change phone numbers to my preferred number and it was all verified today. Have you done your first payday super run yet? It seems once things are working we can go in the update anything we need to update or change.
