I spoke to someone on the phone today, they were not able to resolve it. We changed my mobile and MYOB staff verified it but I never received any sms. The issue hasn't been resolved yet.
I have done my first payday super today and all went through. Wrong phone but at least it was my husbands. But one all done I was able to log in and change phone numbers to my preferred number and it was all verified today. Have you done your first payday super run yet? It seems once things are working we can go in the update anything we need to update or change.

Yes Ive been doing payday super run for months with MYOB with no issues. For some reason the last 4 weeks since start of June hasn't been working. Just cant get sms verification code.
