Balance sheet looks incorrect

Hi, 

Some of the balances at 30 June 2025 are not the same as the balances on the General Ledger at 30 June 2025. Some of the asset accounts are showing balances on the balance sheet when they should be 0. They show 0 on the General Ledger.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Hey Karenann71_,

     

    Those asset balances definitely should line up between your balance sheet and the general ledger. Since that's not what's happening, it'd be best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
