BAS lodged with ATO but not in MYOB

I understand your process, but I don't seem to have the functionality to mark the BAS as lodged in MYOB Business.

Hi MLK,

 

Thank you for the reply. If there isn't an option to mark it as lodged, I recommend contacting the ATO directly for further assistance. They will be able to guide you through the next steps to ensure everything is lodged correctly.

    Hi Sai,

     

    Why would I contact the ATO as it is lodged on their system, so it would be nothing to do with them?  The problem lies within MYOB not updating the status of the BAS. Is that right?
