Chart of accounts do not have other income and other expense

Hi,   There is no Level 1 Header account for other income and other expense on the chart of accounts in MYOB, which makes it impossible for me to do the following work, can you help me solve the pr...

Until it is fixed and we are able to add in codes to Other income, this isn't for all entity types but definitly Sole Traders, we don't have any choice but  to go through support to get them to add in codes... so it needs to be sorted .
