Fuel Tax Credit Option not Available

Hey Tara1984,

There's no option to manually input fuel tax credits to get it to feed when lodging BAS since the 7C and 7D fields aren't available . It's best to create a support case via My Account and our team will tag your account so you get an update as soon as the FTC is resolved and ready to flow through.

im still not seeing this on the BAS field on the MYOB report either, how can we manually get this to feed to lodge via MYOB

You’ve been registered for FTC for years, so you’d expect it to appear. There’s no update on the FTC 7D field in online BAS yet. No worries. Please lodge a support case via My Account and our team will tag your account so you’re notified as soon as there’s an update.

Hi Earl, Wondering if this has been sorted as I also can not see field 7D appearing when I try and lodge our BAS. We have been registered for FTC for years, but i have not lodged BAS via Online MYOB before.

Thank you you for that information. The fields will only appear on the online BAS lodgment as this section pulls the information from the ATO. They won't show on the GST summary report at this stage. We do have an enhancement request raised with our product team for this to be added.

They are registered for GST, however the the 7C and 7D fields are not showing.

Thanks for sharing the details. When you lodge your activity statement, fields 7C and 7D will be available if you're registered for fuel tax credits with the ATO. You'll need to manually add values to these fields when preparing your activity statement.
