Tax Codes - Business Lite

I have started a file in MYOB Business Lite and I am not registered for GST nor do i have a payroll. My new file has a dozen or so tax codes with linked accounts to all of them. The HELP says I can't...

    Hi Peterll 

     

    If you want to modify tax codes you will have to go into Business settings>>GST settings and change to this business is registered for GST. This will allow you to modify the tax codes to NT in your Chart of Accounts. Also you will be able to adjust the Tax Codes as this menu will appear under Accounting>>Tax Codes (only when you have selected the option to be registered for GST). I know what you've told me. But this is the situation:

1. I set the file up for no GST

2. The information is that it should not have generated Tax Codes, but it has

3. Every one of those tax codes has a linked account

4. I can't find where to modify the tax codes - there must be a place otherwise what happens when the government changes the GST to 15%?

5. I am stuck with all these useless accounts with nothing in them

6. None of your help so far has addressed this.

    Thank you - I have linked most of the tax codes to a "Tax Codes Combined" liability account but I have also made the ones I don't want inactive which is even better.
