Undeposited Funds | You can't edit transactions from a previous financial year

One of our customers has paid online and the payment has been allocated to Undeposited Funds.  I tried to correct the payment dated 18/06/2025 and reallocate it to our cheque account and received an ...

Hi Suzanne41,

 

The error message “An unrecognised error occurred - ReceivePaymentEvent_Delete_TargetPaymentHasBeenReferenced” is a bit of a tricky one! Since this involves specific transactions and potential system quirks, it’ll need a closer look. Best bet is to get in touch with our chat team through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop us a support ticket via MyAccount they’ll be able to dig into this further and help you sort it out.
