I've been officially told by MYOB Support that there is no option for this within the new ONLINE, cloud based MYOB Business structure. Needless to say I was pretty annoyed considering we were made to go from a desktop version I had originally paid for outright that had this included and worked perfectly fine, to an ongoing subscription that is less efficient and doesn't really cater for a business structure in its entirety. The suggestion was to log a complaintion to their IT department to look into fixing it, which I did. I've heard nothing back.

Thanks for getting back to me. I did contact them about the issue, suggesting they look into it, and Amanda from the Community Forum answered me on 3.9.26 thanking me for the idea and advising she will be sharing this one with the product team. She also updated the status to “open” for other members of the community to vote and add weight to the idea.
That’s the last I’ve heard. I didn’t expect another reply other than confirmation that it had been fixed as it’s a pretty big problem for businesses if they can’t create their BAS fields correctly.
