When I allocate a payment via the bank transactions then switch to have a look at my open invoices they are still open .
Direct Payments from via MYOB seem to be ok .
if I'm paid say $1100 across two invoices and split it most times it will only close one invoice .
anyone else have this issue ?

Thanks for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum.
MYOB Business doesn't have the ability to split invoices amount in two, it will send the entire amount to the client.
