Hi Burra-Paul
Can you clear the browser cache and then attempt to attach the document again? Is the same thing still happening and are you able to attach documents to other transactions on this window? If not, please ensure that the size of documents must be less than 10MB in size and in one of these formats: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, or PNG.
Please also try adding the document directly to the intray and let us know if that works fine.

I cleared the cache which logged me out of MYOB with an authentication error but did nothing for the perpetual revolving symbol of inactivity.
I can, in fact, add a document to the in-tray, but the symbol of inactivity won't let me link a document from the in-tray.
And the problem with your in-tray is that I can see no way to categorise documents; even by date or type would be useful.

I have got it to work, but only on unallocated transactions or transactions I unallocate (but not on split allocations that I unallocate), which rules out anything allocated by a rule and would mean hanging off on allocating anything else until I have the document to attach.
This isn't right

Can't attach excel spreadsheets (not workbooks - just to be clear), nor word documents (of the excel page I wanted to load) so the only alternative is to take a screen screenshot and edit the screen shot just to get something up on MYOB's 'attach documents', and of course, can only do that before you allocate the amount to any account codes. Yes, the attach document facility works but only by finding ways around the system. And no, not 'undocumrented features', please
