Bank Feed Transaction

Hello, Ive cancelled one of my bank feeds (as directed by accountant) and need to delete the transactions from 1/07/2025 until today.... How can i do this? Regards, Leesa

Hi Bubsee80,

 

To get those bank feed transactions deleted out of your file, you’ll need to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. Note that our team can only delete transactions that aren't matched/allocated yet, and it has to be full-day batches, not picky little one-by-one deletes.
