Bank Feeds & Bank Recon "Something Went Wrong" Error

I have not been able to access my bank feeds or my Bank reconciliations via MYOB Business for over a week now. When I select either one of these it comes up with the same error " Something Went Wrong...

Can you help? I am having the same error and have contacted MYOB Support a week ago and have not had a response. My last bank feed was in April.
