Thanks for your post.
We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. To proceed in fixing the error you are having on your end, kindly send me a private message with the following details:
- Serial number
- Name of primary contact and email address
- Business name
- Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

If i didn't tick the box at the top to add FBT details it worked. Luckily I didn't need to add any!
