Can't finalise EOY "Something went wrong"

I have been trying for a week now to finalise our payroll for the 22/23 year.  I just keep getting an error message that something went wrong and to try again or refresh my browser.  

So frustrating.  I have searched but there is no simple answer that I can see.

    We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. To proceed in fixing the error you are having on your end, kindly send me a private message with the following details: 

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

  • If i didn't tick the box at the top to add FBT details it worked.  Luckily I didn't need to add any!
