Can't finalise EOY "Something went wrong"

I have been trying for a week now to finalise our payroll for the 22/23 year.  I just keep getting an error message that something went wrong and to try again or refresh my browser.   So frustrating...

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. To proceed in fixing the error you are having on your end, kindly send me a private message with the following details: 

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
