Bank Feeds and Bank Reconciliations

I belive my file is corrupted. Is this possible ? The reason why I state this is as follows:

 

1/ The are transactions in the bank feeds that I have reconcikled previously  but are now unallocated. Whne I serch to link them to the client payment they do not appear.

2/ I have deleted dupliaitons transactions, reconciled the accounts and loggged out but when I log in again the deleted transaction and bank reconiliation don't take effect.  

 

It appears my hole system went out of scew when I think the bankfeed droped out but MYOD tells me all transactions are up to date. I have manually checked this against the bank statement and all transaction do appear and have deleted the dupiated trasnactions. However the  issue I have mentioned in the point 1 and 2 remain.

 

Any help would be greatly apprecited.

    Hi KC_75,

     

    It can look like corruption, but most times it’s a bank feeds desync or dropped matches rather than the file itself. Quick fixes to try clear any filters in Bank Feeds and hit reset, sign out/in and rematch, then do the last reconciliation. Check this handy article through this link for the guide.
