Bank Feeds NAB to MYOB Business Pro

Hi All, We have not received any bank feeds since 23/1/26, however we can see the bank transactions via our bank app. I've done all the usual checks and everything is connected and active - such as...

    Sounds like that NAB bank feed is being a bit of a pain. I’ve had a look on our side, and there’s no known issue showing for NAB feeds at the moment.

    Because of that, it’s likely something specific to your file or bank feed setup, so the best next step is to get in touch with our support team. You can:

    • Lodge a support ticket through the My Account window, or
    • Chat with our team live via MOCA, our virtual assistant, and they can connect you through.
