We don't have any delays raised with bank feeds at the moment. I'd recommend subscribing to ourbank feed updates board, you can do this by selecting the bell icon on the top right. We use this board to provide updates about Bank Feeds, including when we are aware of any delays in feeds being sent to files.
In the meantime, if you're still not receiving bank feed transactions please get in touch with the team for further assistance. You can do this via live chat or by raising a case from your My Account dashboard and we can assist from there.

My BNZ bank feeds have also not been updated since 6 days ago. I have been going around in circles in MYOB and this forum trying to find something that can help me.
