Thanks for following up. I’ve checked case 02994989 and can confirm it relates to the issue you raised.
At this stage, the case is already with our Bank Feeds team for review, and they’ll continue handling it from here. I understand the delay has been frustrating, and I appreciate your patience while the team works through a high volume of requests.

Genreve Over the last two months two MYOB staff have responded with week or more breaks. They have requested that I do things which I have done repeatedly . IE unmatch transactions ( 4 times) Today I received a response From Ness again to unmatch transactions again. I have asked for this to be escalated which it has not. AS I have never matched these 3 transactions ever only MYOB AI can be matching them. I wish to make a complaint about the ridiculous time it is taking to delete 3 transactions.
