Bank rec date wrong

If I reconcile a bank account, to say the end of last month, after I click "Reconcile" it shows the reconciliation date as today, not the date I selected.

    This is happening to me too, only started recently, but it extremely frustrating!

    That sounds like an unusual issue with the reconcile accounts window. It's best to get in touch with the support team for further troubleshooting. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or use live chat through MOCA.

    Does not seem so unusal, I am having the same frustrating problem and of course to speak to someone at myob is taking forever, the problem is your system, please fix asap!

    I just got a response from MYOB Support - try clearing the Cache files in your browser.

    Weird, because my computer is brand new!!
