Bank Rec issue
Hi I am wondering if someone could help me.
there is problem with bank reconciliation from the month of July 2023. Bank reconciliation has been done till September 2024 and accountant realised now the bank balance is out by more than $5,000.
I just took over the task to identify and fix the error.
I identify there is issue with payroll .There is two payroll that has been reversed twice that is causing the issue.
Do i need to unreconciled all the way to July 2023 and do the bank reconciliation again to fix the issue or there is there any easy way for that. I am very new to Myob.

Payroll accounts may appear to be incorrect if you reprocess the payroll and don't redo your reconciliation. It might be worth undoing and correcting your reconciliation after reprocessing the reversed pay run to ensure your books are accurate.
