To date I have contacted MYOB by submitting a suppose case via myaccount and have received a case number for this issue.
Unfortunately I have had to now send two followup emails for a response.
Unfortunately I have had to now send four followup emails for a response - plus another @myobsupport request - resulting in a new case number.

Thank you cleanoptions , I have escalated that with the team now. For the case you created in December, you will hopefully get a response before COB today, or tomorrow at the latest
