I did not eneter these dates - the system just keeps putting them in and will not let me change them when I enter my reconciliation date of the 2/9/26.
I have tried resetting the dates, enetering them manually they keep defaulting to this - please advise.

I understand you’re entering 2 September 2026 as the reconciliation date, but the dates keep reverting to ones you didn’t enter. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this.
As the dates are still defaulting after you’ve tried resetting and entering them manually, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can further check what’s happening with the reconciliation for your credit-card account.
