Hey PF66,
Really appreciate how thoroughly you’ve described what’s happening with matching your bank transactions. There haven’t been any reported issues around matched transactions reverting back to unallocated, so it’s worth checking the following to see if it helps:
- Make sure the Save progress button is clicked after matching transactions
- Set a lock date in Business details so transactions up to that date can’t be changed or removed
