Yeah, it can be done. You can request the removal of those bank feed transactions through the links we've previously provided.

You can hide bank feed transactions in the AccountRight desktop version, but this feature doesn't work in the Business (browser) version. Don't worry though, there's a workaround to hide transactions in MYOB Business. Check out this link for more info.
Now, if you need to get rid of bank feed transactions, you'll have to holler at our team for help. Keep in mind, though, our team can only delete transactions within a specific date range.

Hi, Sorry, the link appears to be related to AccountRight?? We need to get rid of them, absolutely as the bank feed came through & then they accidently did all the entries manually without realising the feeds. As there is over 800, deleting all the manual ones and re-allocating isnt an option. How do they get in contact with your to help remove them? They date back to August 2024? Is this within the date range? Thanks

Yes, what Princess meant was our team can't delete individually picked bank feed transactions, but we can delete transactions for specific date ranges. You can select bank feed date ranges and request to remove them by reaching out to our team via a support request from the MyAccount window or online assistance.

My apologies for my confusion, It will be all the bank feeds from August 24 to 31 December 24, not specifically picked ones throughout that period? Is this acheivable? Thanks
