Direct credit allocation issue

When customers make online payments, they show like this under my bank trasactions list. How can I find out who they are from as this informaiton is doesnt tell me anything. If the sums match the payment email I get then I can manually figure it out but when they are grouped together like the 3 below examples I cant figure out who has paid what.
