Thanks for troubleshooting the error beforehand. That message usually means something on the bank line itself is tripping things up, not the category.
Quick things to try so you can tick off the BAS:
- Log out, open a private/incognito window (or a different browser), log back in, and try allocating those 2 again.
- If that fails, record them as a Receive money transaction using the right income category and a simple description, then go back to Bank transactions and match the bank lines to those new transactions instead of allocating directly.
If it still errors after that, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can have a deeper look. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or by connecting with the live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
