Hi talinga,
I totally get where you're coming from. It can be a bit annoying when those auto matches don't quite hit the mark. Since you're using AccountRight, you can also try deselecting the "Automatically categorise bank transactions using bank account rules" option. That usually helps keep things from matching up on their own. If it's still doing its own thing after that, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look for you.

thanks for the prompt reply.
but we will need to use bank account rules that we have set up, otherwise there will be too many transactions that need reconciled manually.
So there is no cure for this issue at this stage, right ? thanks anyway.
