Importing Bank Transaction - Pending Transactions

Hi,

My bank has just introduced pending transactions shown when looking transactions in a particular account. It doesn't matter what date range a put in, even if it doesn't include the dates on pending transactions. 

I now cant export bank transactions without them showing, which means when they do clear in our account at a later date, I will be importing them again duplicating the transaction. Can someone please advise what they do in this situation.
