I finally got mine to match up after combing through this update for weeks. The transactions were located in the undeposited funds account and the settings were changed to deposit them there instead of my cheque account during the update. You have to go back and change each transaction individually as changing the settings only works for future transactions. I used find tranactions and looked up cash reciepts and found them all in the undeposited funds account. Hope this helps.
