Re reconcille accounts after undo in essentials

hi im new to essentials - i have reconcilled 2 accounts then un did them as i had an issue - i now would like to reconcile them again & can see the transactions in my transaction list but when i go to bank reconcilliation i can not see the transactions to reconcile correctly hopefully someone could kindly help me TIA liz

    Hi gypsy123,

     

    Not seeing transactions to reconcile usually comes down to filters in MYOB Business. I would suggest to check the Reconcile accounts, pick the right bank/credit card and push “Include transactions dated up to” past the transaction dates. Clear any search/filter and untick “Hide reconciled” so everything shows. Check the Bank transactions page, if a feed item is already matched, it won’t appear on the Reconcile accounts screen until you unmatched it. You can check this handy link for the guide. You can also try future dated reconciliation by checking the steps on this thread. If it still not showing, reach out to our team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
