Thanks for providing the details. You’ve run into a known issue in MYOB Business/Business Pro: when you try to use Add adjustment with a negative amount on the Bank transactions page (especially when matching to a pay run), the system often throws the “Something went wrong / refresh the browser / contact MYOB” error. Positive adjustments still save; negative ones fail.
So it’s not anything you’re doing wrong, it’s a product defect that’s under investigation, with no firm ETA yet.
