That is odd. If those transactions were already included in a previous reconciliation, they generally shouldn’t appear in Reconcile Accounts again. It may be a display issue in the reconciliation window rather than duplicate transactions.
I’d recommend trying the steps Princess shared in this post: https://community.myob.com/discussions/bus-banking/bank-reconciliation/862122. Those steps can help refresh what appears in the Reconcile Accounts window.
