Transfer Money Match

Matching money transfers used to automatically find the transaction and match.  It no longer does this as it is still saying "Allocate me" for one of the transactions.

    I am having the same problem.

    Our Bank transactions have just appeared this afternoon for transactions from yesterday but now the Bank Rules are not working. I have 15 transactions that should be matched off automaticaly but are waiting to be manually allocated

    Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

     

    First, I suggest clearing cache, log out and log back in to refresh your browser. Go to Banking >> select Bank Rules and check if the automatically allocate bank transaction is ticked. If the issue still persists after activating the bank rules button, for the meantime you can manually match the transactions by going to this Help Article, Matching bank transactions, that has detailed information to assist with this.
