Transfers between banks not automatically matching in bank feeds
Hi,
I have match transactions turned on. Any transfers I do between our 2 bank accounts are not automatically matching. They are dated the same day.
Any reason why they are not automatically matching?

It’s unusual to encounter this issue. To start, please clear your browser cache, then refresh the system by toggling the relevant function off and on.
Next, check that the required bank transactions appear in your bank feeds and are available for matching. Make sure the transaction recorded in MYOB matches both the date and amount of the bank transaction. Also, confirm that transactions are not marked as reconciled in the reconciliation window, as this could prevent accurate matching.
