Hi everyone,
Just a quick heads up about the recent trouble creating transactions from the Bank transactions window.
We did have an issue on our side affecting this (you can see it on our status page here: https://status.myob.com/incidents/807532), but it’s now been marked as resolved. If you’re still seeing anything odd, try logging out of MYOB and back in first, then give it another go.
If things are still playing up after that, you can:
- log in to My Account and lodge a support ticket, or
- Jump into MOCA, our virtual assistant, and connect to live chat from there.

I am having the same issue - MYOB team please help!
I'm also having this issue tonight when trying to match bank transactions.

Same here, could not even get hold of the helpdesk and the "manual" solution is not working either. But their invoice arrived on time ... 3 days and counting now and I really needed to get this done today as I am away for the rest of the week. its beyond a minor incovenience.
