Cannot add inventory items to quote or edit inventory item

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I am getting an incredibly annoying error.&nbsp;I cannot add some inventory items to a quote. When I try to do so, the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: 186ac51c-6434-476e-ac1f-a5f682b4ec89."&nbsp;If I use the little information button for an item, I get the error message "We could not retrieve information details for this item. Please try again later."&nbsp;If I try to edit that inventory item (ITEM), I get the error message "Something went wrong - Try refreshing your browser -&nbsp;If the issue persists, contact MYOB support".&nbsp;Why is this happening and how do I fix it?&nbsp;I need this to work because I have a client that wants a quote.&nbsp;Kind RegardsBart

P.S. I have tried clearing browsing history, changing browsers, using incognito mode, nothing like that works.

There might be a need to run some fixes on your file. I suggest reaching out to support through the MyAccount window or live chat via MOCA for further troubleshooting with the support team.
