How to completing stocktakes and adding in new stock to inventory

Hi everyone,   I'm new to this. The stock is the ingredients for bubble tea. I can't automatically update the stock levels as I sell drinks because the ingredients get used up making the drinks...

Hi Drinks,

Welcome aboard! You're on the right track! Just create purchase orders when you restock your ingredients during the month, and do a stocktake every two weeks to stay organized. For more tips, check out our helpful articles. Purchase orders / Recording stocktakes
