Inventory Transactions

Hi MYOB Community

Recently, I connected my square mobile payments to MYOB. I has successfully generated invoices and applied the sales to the appropriate sales account. 

I want to check if my Square payments are adjusting the inventory levels of the product items. I'm sure that I have set it up correctly however I just want to check the dates as to when the inventory for each item was adjusted.

I found the Inventory report, but that only shows the total sales for a period per product item. I want a more detailed list of the dates that the units were sold.

Is this possible?

    Hi CornucopiaApoth , the invoice transactions will be (should be) adjusting your inventory. The payments are applied to the invoice total, leaving a balance or nil; the payments do not affect inventory levels. 

     

    Look for an inventory report "items register", run it for today as a start, and it will show you each item sold, a starting quantity, that sale and an ending quantity. 

     

    Notr that you won't see any payments on that report.
