Accepted Invitation but file not showing up

Hi,

 

I accepted 2 myob buisness invite but the client is not reflecting.

Accepted the 1st one last Monday(05/02/24) and the second one was today. Both are still not reflecting?

I tried to clear my cache, cookies & history, login to different browser but still not working.

I'm happy to get assistance.

    I apologize for the delayed response. Initially, I recommend verifying that you are opening the correct version of the software you've been invited to. Please see below:

      Yes, I am opening it on a correct version as per invitation but still not working. Can you assist?
