Can not find accepted business invitation

Hi,

 

I have recently accepted a user invite to a 2 new separate client's business but can not find the file on my client list.

The new businesses uses MYOB essentials. Did the basic trouble shooting; clearing the cache & history and open to a new broswer but still not working.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
