Why do I get a message saying that a User already exists (and therefore I cant invite them) when they do not appear on my list of users?

    Hi Linesman,

     

    The user you are trying to add may be already in the system as an inactive user. You might need to filter the list of users to see if the user you are trying to add is in the file. Additionally, make sure that the email address you are trying to use to create the new user is not already used by another user in the list, as this can prevent the creation of the new user.
